Fantastic place with amazing fresh local sea food, great atmosphere and fantastic serviceI recommend going for grilled octopus and pasta with pistachios and shrimp. They serve great local wine as well.I can’t wait to visit Marsala again just to eat there !

One of the best pasta experiences in Sicily so far. The best price-performance for sure. Maybe one other pasta trumped it, but the other one cost twice the price of what Quarant8 offered.Also loved the fried cod as an appetizer. Was perfectly tender and seasoned nicely. If anything the chef maybe added a pinch of salt extra to a few pieces (that he later forgot from the stake).Stake as the main course was huge, well cooked. If anything - there was a slight hint of salt and pepper missing to my taste.And we topped it off with a well balanced creamy cheesecake.We also got a different wine to go with all of the courses finishing strong with a Marsala Superiore Secco - that was astonishing. The usual over-sweetness from all of the rest of Marsala fortified wines was not there and the actual palette of the grapes presented it very well.I do agree with the rest of Google Local Guides - well worth the visit when in town!

Really delicious and well prepared dishes. We had the octopus, the artichoke, and one of the pasta dishes and each was cooked perfectly. I think the octopus was the best I’ve ever had - just perfectly tender and fresh. The house red was also delicious. Really one of my favourite meals in Sicily.The staff are also really friendly and accommodating. We showed up with no reservation but they still managed to seat us no problem. It was a Monday night but there were only a couple empty tables and it did eventually fill up.Absolutely recommend visiting!

Great experience and awesome food. What is more there is great quality to price ratio. We tried swordfish, calamari, chips and 2 glasses of great grillo white wine and we payed only 40 eur.I can really recommend that restaurant, the stuff was amazing and quick. We will come there more for sure!

Best restaurant of our trip. The food was delicious! The service was outstanding. We were lucky to discover this hidden gem during our first night so we had chance to visit next day for lunch before leaving Marsala. People were very friendly, fried artichoke is top, pasta is amazing. Only this place can be your reason to visit Sicily itself. Thank you nice people for the incredible food!

Great place that doesn't discriminate against solo diners. After having been turned down at a place a minute away, I spontaneously ended up here and it was perfect. I had a tuna tartare appetizer, and then busiate (my favorite pasta, which was perfectly al dente) with capers, cherry tomatoes, pistachios and salted ricotta. Finished with a glass of a local amaro (I try to taste Amari everywhere I dine). Everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious.
